JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We at Linjemontage are now looking for senior project managers to strengthen our team in central and southern Sweden. You will work within the business area of Transmission & Distribution where you will drive projects and participate in bidding processes focused on regional and distribution networks.

As a project manager, you will be technically and financially responsible for the delivery projects you lead. You will work with project coordination, management, planning, purchasing, and reporting to ensure the projects are executed regarding quality, time, and budget. The role also includes bidding work where you, together with the bidding manager, will handle customer and supplier contacts as well as calculations and bid submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good experience in project management within the technical areas of electrical power or infrastructure projects. You are technically inclined and have a strong interest in issues related to electrical infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you need to have an understanding of the business as well as good planning and decision-making skills. As a person, you take work and performance seriously. You prioritize achieving goals and completing work in a structured manner. You also find it easy to collaborate and can convey information clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally. Great importance is placed on your personal suitability during the recruitment process.

You have a technical university degree and/or other relevant education and experience according to the employer's assessment. You possess good knowledge of Office 365, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you have good knowledge of AB04 and ABT06. Knowledge of ESA, EBR, and AMA is considered an advantage. Experience in contracting and leading larger projects with responsibility for results and budget. You have the competence to plan, organize, and evaluate as well as to distribute tasks confidently. Your responsible and entrepreneurial mindset is evident, and you express yourself well both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. You have a B driver's license.
